ABOUT:

Rachel Shim is a junior at Portola High School. Rachel has worked in numerous organizations and volunteer programs that focus on mental health and illnesses, and she joined Crossroads Initiative to work to lessen the stigma around the issue. By working as a Global Team board member, she hopes to connect Crossroads to the rest of the world to work together with others to help those struggling with mental health. She enjoys making rugs, walking, and listening to podcasts in her free time.
